1. Battery assembly on request
Do you need a battery that is not yet available? We already assemble many of our batteries ourselves; this is the only way we can offer such a wide range. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
2. Installation service for batteries that cannot be installed by the end customer.
Do you have a device where you cannot change the battery yourself? We offer this replacement service with our partner www.DrAkku.ch. Everything from a single source. Contact Dr.Akku for a personalized quote.
- Supporting the local economy: Our logistics center and management are based in Switzerland.
- Short communication and distribution channels: Communicate with us in your native language and receive your goods from a Swiss warehouse. All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Zurich.
Original quality
Quality is our top priority!
All batteries are new and unused (we do not carry used or refurbished batteries)! Our own quality assurance ensures a high quality standard. All batteries are 100% compatible with the original product; in most cases, our batteries even have more power than the respective original product thanks to the latest technologies and cell standards.
Safety:
Safety is a key feature of our products. Our own safety controls ensure the highest level of safety standards. For example, all Li-ion / Li-polymer cell phone, digital camera, and camcorder batteries have their own safety concept or their own protective electronics (a few exceptions do not require protective electronics because they are already integrated into the device itself or were not taken into account by the device manufacturer).
Guarantee:
1 year warranty, excluding wear parts.

Social commitment and sustainability
- Our logistics department in Zurich employs trainees.
- Wherever possible, packages are picked with recycled cardboard boxes and filling material.
