On the FAQ and help pages, we answer your questions about shopping at AkkuShop-Schweiz.ch and provide you with other useful information. If you have additional questions about your order or a specific product, our Digital Assistant is available 24/7. It provides information about delivery dates, can repeat an order for you, or resend invoices. If the Digital Assistant cannot help, it will direct you directly to our customer service.

When will I receive my order?
We will endeavor to deliver your order within the scheduled timeframe. If this deadline has already expired, you can find out the latest status immediately and at any time of day via our Digital Assistant, or contact us via the contact form or email. We will review your case and respond promptly.

How do I handle returns?
Complaints and claims must be submitted within 14 days using a return slip; otherwise, the delivery will be deemed accepted. The invoice date and the postmark of the return shipment are decisive for compliance with the deadline.
The following conditions also apply: All items must be returned with a fully completed return slip, in new condition, and in the undamaged original packaging. All items must be complete and functional.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a corresponding deduction.
Any shipping costs are borne by the customer.

When do I have to pay for advance payment?
Your order can only be shipped after receipt of payment. Therefore, always pay immediately after placing your order and make sure to set the execution date to the current day. This will prevent inconvenience and delivery delays. You can find the payment details on the order confirmation.

Country Plugs and Voltage Converters
Type C and J plugs and sockets are used in Switzerland. The mains voltage is 230 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.

Since we have a German headquarters, we also carry many products with the German Schuko Type F plug. These do not fit into Swiss sockets. We ask you to take this into account when purchasing.
